Dear Parents,
The staff and students of Bombay
International School take great
pleasure in inviting you for the Founders' Day Programme, which is scheduled on
August ir at the Sophia Bhabha Hall at 5:30 p.m.
In order that the seating is filled to capacity and to- avoid any
disappointment, the procedure for invitation cards is-as follows :
1. Each pass will admit two.
2. Parents of Std.V-X will receive one
complimentary pass, which will be sent in
advance with the students. If
this is lost or misplaced, a spare one will be issued
only on payment.
3. BIS siblings of children participating in
the show are welcome to attend the show,
complimentary. Std. Ill - IV will sit with middle
and senior school participants in the
balcony. Std. I II and LP.- U.P.
will sit with their parents in the auditorium.
4. Complimentary passes will be given to
parents from L.P. to Std IV on a first
cum first served basis (depending on
availability ) on Wednesday 9 and
Thursday 10th August. Please collect
them from Mr. Mangesh Tumkar (office)
between
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please take these passes only if you plan to
attend the show.
5. Extra guests of students from Std.V - X
may be admitted on payment of Rs.200/
per guest before Wednesday 9th August.
As an effort to be more environment
friendly, the students have suggested that you
send the pass back to the office.
An entry will be made on payment to admit
an additional person on the same pass
/ card, thus saving paper.
Please take your seats 10 minutes before the show and kindly
refrain from :
1. Bringing in personal cameras (still & video).
2. Using mobile phones.
3. Bringing eatables inside the
auditorium.
Violation of any of the above may lead to disciplinary action taken
against the school by
the Management of the Sophia Bhabha Hall.
The children of middle and senior school will be informed about the
arrangements for the
Technical Rehearsal well before August 10th
2006.
There will be no school for alt the children
from L.P. to Std-X on Friday, 11th August 2006.
