A) Entrance passes are priced at Rs.495/= per head, inclusive of
dinner, soft drinks and *. This is an early bird rate. Those who do
not book in advance will have to pay Rs.595/= on the day of the event!
Please indicate [_] Vegetarian or [_] Non-vegetarian.
Alcohol drinks charged on consumption.
B) Please collect your entrance passes on payment (between 10.30 am
and 5.30 pm, Monday thru Friday) from : Sakib Maskati's office at : 2
Maskati Court, Ground Floor, Maharshi Karve Road, Churchgate, Mumbai
400 020. The passes are available with Manda; please ask for her.
Payment in cash or (preferably!) cheque payable to BIS Alumni
Association.
In case you are unable to collect your passes in person, please mail
in your cheque, payable to BIS Alumni Association (please do not mail
cash), along with a note stating the full name of EACH pass holder and
the graduating year of the BIS Alumni among you and your contact phone
number. The passes may then be collected at the Dinner venue.
C) BIS Alumni T-shirts available for purchase at Rs.250/=. Please
indicate size:
Small [ Expiry Date : Best Before you develop that paunch! ]
Medium [ Expiry Date : Best Before – you decide! ]
Large [ Expiry Date : None Whatsoever - long shelf-life! ]
D) Do bring your digital cameras so that the photographs that you take
can be shared
through the Alumni website.
E) Please send us your individual photograph (preferably digitally) so
that they can be added to your class page along with those of your
class mates. Smile!
