What's Cooking at BIS
A BIS Recipe

300 gm. Potatoes(peeled and cut into finger chips)
7 dry red chillies
2 tbsp vinegar
2 inch piece ginger (minced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)

/3 cup veg stock
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp plum sauce
tsp chilli flakes
4 tbsp oil
2 stems spring onions (cut in pcs)

1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp oil
tsp salt
tsp pepper

Mix marinated ingredients.
Toss potatoes in this mix and leave it in a bowl for an hour.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the potatoes for 8-10 mins. Drain and set aside. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
Add chillies, chilli flakes, ginger, garlic and fry for 3 mins.
Add potatoes, stock(mixed with corn flour), soy sauce, plum sauce, salt and vinegar.
Stir, simmer and garnish with spring onions.
