Laboratories
Three separate fully-equipped for Physics, Chemistry and Biology, which meet international safety standards.
Kitchen
Kitchen that caters for daily hot meal for the entire school students, teaching staff and auxiliary staff. The BIS kitchen is unique in that parents personally plan and cook the meals for the whole school.
Library
Open-shelf Library, with over 20,000 books. Started with precious contributions by Founder Members, over time has grown with new purchases, parent and student contributions. Parents play an active role in the Library as well making it a very vibrant space for learning.
Resources
Art Rooms
Two separate art rooms one meant for the primary, middle and senior school; the second exclusively for the Diploma Programme students.
Hall and stage
A general purpose hall with a stage and green room, equipped with sound system as
well as projection facilities – meant for all school functions and assemblies, which also doubles up as our dining hall.
Smaller multi-purpose room
Smaller multi-purpose room meant for smaller group meetings, workshops and activities.
Gym
Gym used for Yoga, gym and dance.
AV Room
AV room used for film screenings as well as yoga, dramatics and meetings.
Computer Lab
A Computer Lab where students go in smaller batches so as to have exclusive use of one desktop per child.
Smaller classrooms
Smaller classrooms used for subject specific groups or split classes.
Medical Room/Infirmary
Medical room/Infirmary with a full time Nurse on duty.
Stores
Stores which dispenses regular school supplies as well as annual text book and notebook distribution.
An open quadrangle
An open quadrangle on the ground floor used for free play, displays and innovative activities.
Separate rooms
Separate rooms for the School Counsellor as well as the Special Needs teacher to hold quiet, one-on-one meetings.
