UNIQUE FEATURES

SCHOOL LUNCH

The School has a kitchen committee comprised of Parent members. Marketing , deciding the menu and cooking a wholesome vegetarian lunch are the features of this very special committee.

All students from  std.I  onwards are encouraged to have their meal together in the school hall at lunch time. This facility is extended to all the staff members working on the premises.

CLASS MOTHERS

 Each Class Mother acts as a bridge between the parents and the class teacher.
Her work area includes arranging transport for visits, field trips, talks by resource persons on important issues and helping to organise field trips and co-curricular activities.
Managing programmes, and emergencies are also handled by her.
Class Mothers also assist the class teachers if required in various school functions and activities like:

·         Fete

·         Aquatic Meet

·         Projects Day

·         Farewell Party

·         Class Picnics

PARENT PARTICIPATION

Parent participation is encouraged in helping to run the library, the kitchen, the sports programme, extra curricular activities and organizing events, field trips, and other activities. There is a Committee in-charge of building repair and maintenance.
