ELIGIBILITY : Children born between 1^st June 2006 &

31^st May 2007 ( Both days inclusive ).

IF YOUR CHILD’S DATE OF BIRTH DOES NOT FALL WITHIN THE GIVEN DATES,

THE CHILD IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS CLASS.

REGISTRATION DATE : SATURDAY, 17TH APRIL, 2010

REGISTRATION TIME : 9:30 a.m. to 11:00a.m.

( Please set aside 1 – 2 hours for completing the form )

VENUE : The Bombay International School

Gilbert Building, Babulnath, 2^nd X Road,

Mumbai-400 007.

Please do not bring your child on this day.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION and FORM FILLING :

*. Original birth certificate + 1 photocopy.

* Rs.1000/- per child in cash or cheque in favour of

‘The Bombay International School Association’.

* 1 Passport size colour photograph of each parent.

PRIORITY CATEGORY – If your child is any of the following :

* The sibling of a child attending school at the present time

* An Ex-student’s child

( The ex-student parent needs to have studied at Bombay International

School for a minimum of 5 years, and should present a copy of the

School-Leaving Certificate )

* The grandchild of a Founder Member

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY :

Forms will be issued to all applicants, provided :

- The child is eligible for admission as per the age criterion

- Both parents come together for form-filling on this day.

Due to unavoidable reasons, if one or both parents cannot be present on this day for registration, they can send a representative with a letter from the absent parent(s) stating the reasons for their absence to the authority in attendance. The representative can register on their behalf, but will not be allowed to fill the form in lieu of the parents.

IN CASE YOU WISH TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES ( SPECIFIED IN THE NOTICE ABOVE ) IN ADVANCE, YOU MAY COME TO THE SCHOOL ON SATURDAY, APRIL’10 2010 BETWEEN 10.00 AND 11:30 A.M. PLEASE CARRY THE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.

THIS PROCEDURE HAS BEEN INTRODUCED ONLY TO SAVE TIME AND IN NO WAY GUARANTEES ADMISSION TO ANY APPLICANT. FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

PLEASE READ THE REGISTRATION NOTICE CAREFULLY FOR FURTHER DETAILS. PRE-REGISTRATION WILL ENABLE YOU TO COME AND DIRECTLY COLLECT YOUR FORM ON THE DATE OF REGISTRATION ON PRODUCTION OF THE RECEIPT GIVEN TO YOU AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES.

PLEASE NOTE : FORMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON APRIL 10, 2010.

BOTH PARENTS NEED TO COME ON SATURDAY, APRIL 17, 2010, FOR FORM FILLING.
