BOMBAY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

To enhance student participation in the various school activities and to promote healthy competition among the children, BIS has 3 Houses - Alpha, Beta and Gamma. Throughout the year, the Houses have many competitions such as Debates, Elocution (in Indian and English languages), Quiz Competitions and Sports Events. Winners score points for their Houses and the House which performs the best in the team events is awarded a trophy. At the beginning of the year, a Boy and a Girl Captain are elected through a democratic process. They lead the Houses and work closely with all the students to ensure a healthy spirit of competition and participation – an interesting blend, possible only at BIS! This year’s House Captains are:
ALPHA	Samarth Gwalani and Ira Shridhar Chaddha
BETA	Jehan Lalkaka and Mili Ravi Sanwalka
GAMMA	Gaurav Doshi and Samia Daanish Ellias
